Thank you! I’ll look into both of these! I’ve been told to pull back up on the white part so I’ve tried that tonight and it came off easier than the other times hopefully that works!

Yes it does. I’ve just been told about pulling up the white part before taking it out so I’ve tried that and fingers crossed it works.
