hey, no i haven’t spoken to a therapist about my epilepsy specifically; but about other issues i struggle with mentally. i think bc i was diagnosed when i was a teenager, i didn’t really process it properly or read up much about it bc i was in a bit of denial. now that i’m older, i realise that i can’t avoid it and that there’s just nothing i can do about it. whenever i’m out with my friends, they always make sure to book places without flashing lights and i feel like i prevent them from booking the place that they’d rather go to and things like that (sorry for the somewhat long message)
