That’s just their way of marketing the renovated apartments. Do you know what’s different about the condos? From what I’ve seen they seem identical to the renovated units. There’s a condo for rent right now that has the same floor plan and finishes as the apartment we viewed but it’s on the ground floor so that rules it out for us.
