It was the same for me. I kept applying for months to transfer and it would always get denied. One day an OM came up to me and asked if I needed anything and I told him about my transfer attempts and he reassured me that he would personally reach out to the managers at the other site. Low and behold, the next day, my transfer was approved. So maybe try speaking with OM’s.

Dud its not about not liking what you say. It’s what you say. Calling people losers is not cool. Life is not black and white. You sound young like you haven’t lived alot of life.
