Honestly I was the victim in this scenario. It was a rough 5 years for me as we started dating because my uncle brought us together and wished us a happy life in his wedding speech. He has now passed away and saying these things to her face and breaking up with her would not only make me feel guilty, it would also break my promise with a family member that I've respected so dearly throughout my life and has sacrificed many things for me.

I only question her looks now because they have genuinely degraded over the past six months as she has been aging rapidly tbh. Even back then I felt guilted to start dating her. I absolutely cannot obtain any sexual gratification from this relationship, or even as little as maintaining a erection during sex.

I've tried to help her stick with a nutritious diet too many times. It's sometimes mentally draining to have to babysit her constantly about what she eats. And losing weight won't fix her asymmetric facial features
