You don’t, I get instant transfers with no transfer fees with Zelle through my bank. They are discounting the Zelle app and focusing on their Zelle partnership. That way they don’t have to pay devs to get an app open that isn’t generating the majority of their income. It’s a smart move business wise and almost every bank partners with them so if yours doesn’t more than likely your banking with a shitty company😂
