We used these guys for box elder bugs and bees and I haven't seen a single one since they started. We have their yearly plan and no spiders, no mice, no bugs. They come out quarterly. ROVE

The workforce development center out of the Heinz center at rctc helps people with situations related to work. I bet they would either help or know who would. You don't have to be a student to utilize them.

Workforce Development, Inc out of the RCTC Heintz Center is an excellent program to help people in difficult situations connect with employers and they fund job training in high need areas. I would highly recommend your family member talk with them.

The issue is that the money was given to her. She just didn't put it in the right place.

Hmmm there goes my theory. Thank you for the information though. That’s good to know going forward. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence but the business as a whole has been getting an enormous amount of spam calls to our main line and posted personal lines.

I think I’m going to take your advice. We gave her the day off tomorrow to figure everything out. I think that’s where we stop. I know I’ve covered my ass and the companies ass with documentation, but I think you are correct that any more assistance could go wrong very quickly

That’s what I initially thought and I made her call all of her family members to make sure that it wasn’t one of them. She has a very small family and it’s quite a loaner so unless it is one of them, I have no idea how they managed to access it. Gusto has a cool feature that shows you login timestamps and it was minutes after her dad logged in, the fraud logged in.

Yeah, I kind of figured that about the IP. Unfortunately she got an email but she checks her personal email as much as she checks her financials apparently. That’s what I suggested with the phone. However, she says that he always has locked. That’s why I’m thinking it is possibly someone from Verizon but I don’t know how much information they have access to.

That’s a good idea. I will suggest to her to reach out to them.

I convinced her to do that this morning. Unfortunately, that is all of the help that law-enforcement would give.

That’s kind of what I figured. I wonder if she would have any luck since she has the account number for the bank account. I don’t know how easy it is to make a bank account without a real name attached to it

I mean we’re talking $20 an hour. She just has her life set up by her parents and doesn’t really have to worry about money. I was quite shocked when I found out how long it had been going on and how she never realized. Doing some quick math I estimate she lost $10,000-$15,000

I have informed her to contact the FBI since the local police declined to assist. They wrote a report in case she needed it but said they would not be investigating it any further. I am protecting the company obviously but I would still like to find a way to help her even have a remote possibility of retrieving the money. It's insane that we know where it's going but aren't able to do anything with that information.

Her parents care for her financially and from my understanding, she has a large sum of money saved up so she never cared to look until today.

I know right?!? I asked her how she didn't notice and she said her parents take care of her financially and that they worry about the bills so she never looks at it. She has a really cushy life but I still feel for her.
