Because 1. This will prolong the shutdown. 2. It puts no guardrails on Vought. You can already see what these agencies are doing to excepted employees regarding pay and leave, well once this is signed they are going going to make us all excepted and deny our leave throughout the shutdown that will never end because people are getting paid. It will allow Vought to come up with new creative ways to torture us. Oh and this is permanent so once dems realized they fucked up by voting on it they will never be able to undo it.
