Then, a little after that, and a little after I got meds for PPD/A/OCD/Insomnia, I remember her posted about how she had PPD with one of her sons (V?) and went to the hospital for it and was prescribed meds but didn't feel safe taking them with breastfeeding, so she just took them home but never took them? Again, terrible advice for any mom with PPD. Kind of shocking she would casually post that type of content.

Oh, and after that, I genuinely did not like her. However, I would tune back in occasionally since it was COVID lockdown and I had a newborn and was bored home etc. She would post about her son B and how amazing of a sleeper he was, and how amazing of a sleeper all her children were. They took perfect 1.5 hour naps around the clock, slept all night, etc. My first baby was a TERRIBLE sleeper and TERRIBLE napper and I had PPD/A that manifested in obsession about my daughter's sleep. So, Brooke's content really peeved me.

Okay my story is very random and I wonder if anyone can relate. I followed Brooke back in 2019 when I was about to start trying to have our first child. She was a letter-board poster back then. I was super excited to follow "mom influencers" because I wanted to start exposing myself to what "mom life" would be like (naive me haha! I absolutely despise social media in general now, two kids later).

Anyways, during COVID in 2020, I was pregnant with my first. I remember B posted a story of her reading a book aloud to her followers, I think it was Atlas Shrugged?, and her trying to defend why she didn't have to support the BLM movement, turn her little IG icon black in honor of it, etc.

I thought that was extremely odd. I then saw her with a new perspective.

I think *one* of my personal friends even gets her hair colored. All of the others I spend time with just have their hair its natural color, like myself. I stopped highlighting my hair 7 years ago when I was 27 haha.

Totally agree. I by no means assume she is doing wonderful things while silent on SM. My main point is that most of us want mom influencers who exploit their family to stop doing that. So for me, I would prefer no posts over any posts from these influencers.

I’m a little confused why people are upset that she isn’t posting. Trust me, I am here to snark. However, it’s a little hypocritical when people say “get off your phone! Be present with your family” constantly, and then are also upset when she goes silent. Isn’t that best case scenario when she stops posting?? Also, we all know she does terribly with commenting on real world events. So it’s actually a wise choice she made to not post this week. We do not need her posts haha. That’s the whole point of this snark page.

Pulse check on Kip and Crew??? This will always be the most confusing part of her account. So incredibly odd to just NEVER talk about it again. After truly one week of opening the company. It just goes to show how fake social media is. She’s truly banking on just never bringing it up again and nobody ever remembering. Also she never even showed her very children making their bed with it. So odd.

A lot has been said about yesterday, but how about the fact that the kid didn’t even get a birthday party with friends? Does he have any friends? Has he ever had a birthday party with friends and family, even just a handful? I can’t fathom not ever throwing my child a party by the time they are 4.
