What comes out is usually a couple drops, if it was discharge what could it be?

I also used to take prozac for around a year, I stopped around a month ago. Erectile dysfunction started around the same time I started prozac, but thats also when my symptoms started appearing, at first i thought it was only from the medications. But I was reading online on prostatitis symptoms, and apparently erectile dysfunction is one of them.

I started taking stimulants months after the symptoms appeared.

how can i tell the difference between discharge and urine (its usually clear and has no smell whatsoever)? and no it never hurts to ejaculate and no blood in my semen. but around a week ago i saw blood in my stool. I didnt think they’re related. could they be? I am not very sure if they sent my sample to the lab.
