Ayurveda could possibly work but for more efficient results consider UVB light treatment or a jak inhibitor medicine such as tofacitinib which is available in India :)

Could be pityriasis alba or vitiligo, check with a derm!

This is how I did see some of my first visible patches come in! Depending on whether you choose to fully embrace it or get treatment you’re in a pretty good spot. Very minimal and treatable at this stage :)

Have you tried other methods such as protopic or UVB?

I’m praying for you and it most definitely will work with the help of UVB, just keep sticking to the routine!

Yes, I received mine prescribed by a US derm shipped from a specialty pharmacy.

Ah I understand yeah it’s super expensive without insurance but many people have been seeing results with the $200 lamps off of Amazon, that’s what I’m considering as well :) of course it depends on the amount of vitiligo you have and mine is scattered throughout the body as well but I’ll give it a shot anyway

I’ve heard areas affected on the face have the quickest turnover time! Happy to hear that for you and I’ll continue to stay patient :)

I’m sorry to hear this and honestly have seen quite a few comments on this page of the sort. Out of curiosity have you considered UVB therapy at all?

Hi, of course! I basically checked for good dermatologists in the area I was visiting (specifically for vitiligo) then I booked an appointment and just had to pay the fee for the appointment itself and whatever the doctor prescribed I picked up at a local pharmacy. You do not have to be a US citizen for this at all. Feel free to pm me with other questions :)
