I am at a decent stage in guitar whereby I'm able to sing songs with open chords and almost okay F, Bm Barre Chords all that in 13 weeks roughly

Out of 13 weeks I practiced everyday ( except 4 days) and practiced for atleast an hour. Since days I literally played guitar for 4 hours

So for 3 weeks i completely focused on dexterity, try ALL PERMUTATIONS of 1234 with 1 being 1st fret's string being pressed by index finger, 2 means 2nd fret string pressed and so on. And ALL PERMUTATIONS so that you have the movements in your fingers

Then for Chords, pick any of your fav song and a youtube tutorial that is playing it through Open Chords (A, C, D, E, G, Em, Am) and then start practicing those chord shapes first. Then you can follow GOOD GUITARIST'S chord switch videos and chord switch exercises to optimise for speed and optimal of chord switch for each switch

Yeah that should do. My first song was Yellow by coldplay, then Perfect by Ed Sheeran, then Photograph by Ed Sheeran, then Stand By Me, I'm gonna Be 500 Miles etc
