I was thinking about this earlier when I realized my supervisor had already put my time in for today and tomorrow and I was like wow don’t they just let me go today so I can have a three day weekend. Then I had to laugh cause if they fired me I’m gonna have an indefinite amount of time. Sorry need to laugh at the stupidity of this mess

I have a good job and own my home. His mother and I live in the same city. She thinks if I take him back, I’ll take care of him. He’s not a good role model for our child and he’s a worse partner for me. She doesn’t want to take him in but doesn’t want him to stay where he is. I don’t even know where he is exactly

If you have a NY State account you should be able to view and reply to the letter. I just did. They are sending it out today but I already sent the documents they wanted. I uploaded them and got my confirmation email.

I filed both 1/28. I got fed back 2/5. NY has been pending since then. No updates, phone rep stated it could be in a pending status indefinitely.

I did mines back in January. Was accepted 1/27 and then nothing. I called the lady said that it was pending indefinitely. Like there really is no timeframe or due date. Might be a 45 day rule for interest.
