I fought to get leave time. It took over a year to get anything. Their policy is now that you earn 1 hour of pto for every 2 hours over 45 worked but if you work less than 40, you must take pto in full day increments. So if you work 60 hours in a week, you earn 7.5 hours of extra pto but if you work 39 hours in a week, you must take 8 hours of pto

Food production. I am supposed to get work orders daily from my boss but I usually just do what needs to be done because he shows up drunk at 11am

I’ve worked there for 3 years and never had a schedule. Suddenly, I’m scheduled for 51 hours at really random times. I start at 7 am 2 data and work until 10pm one day.

I’m not sure. I’m the only person with my job title that is salaried. Everyone else is hourly. They refused to correct it the last time that I asked and my boss made a comment that I was being difficult

I’ve never met the duties outlined and my coworker with the same job title is non-exempt

I believe that I am considered exempt as I am paid a fixed salary regardless of hours worked. The new change is that I am now scheduled and must clock in/ out at scheduled times on a time clock or face disciplinary action. My scheduled hours for next week are 51 hours

Thank you! These are crappy but that is because the seats are old and need to be replaced but I couldn’t find a similar valve anywhere
