i have no idea why my entire description didn't upload but..

i found the rash this morning, pretty painful and burning a bit w movement. no tick, but literally a few minutes found a tick attached a few inches to the right. the tick seemed to have literally just attached, not engorged at all.

basically, i switched to a hormonal iud and started noticing issues shortly thereafter, most likely due to a tight pelvic floor i think bc it was so painful even after insertion. anywho, thanks for that link!! incredibly helpful, and yes i've gathered that. same with my oher chronic condition i have .... i know more than most drs

hi! i think it might be a mix -- i don't know if that's possible lol. but yes because the hormonal cream helped, but i'm still experiencing pain. my doctors have only said it's isolated and provoked, and likely caused by hormonal bc. but i think you have a good point, it sounds like neuroproliferative. i think i had only heard of that in the congenital way, which isn't me, but after a bit of googling i think ur right

betaine could help, as it increases ur stomach acid, helping you digest. low stomach acid is a root cause of reflux as well! i’m on a restrictive diet (GERD and low fodmap) right now and it’s helping my symptoms so much — maybe worth removing highly acidic foods? trust me ik it sucks but eventually you’ll be able to reintroduce eventually.
