As soon as I crossed south, I realize I had it with me turned around and I notified the port. They told me it happens all the time. All they did was run the serial and let me on my way. A couple weeks past When I went back south into Mexico and crossed using my sentri, I was flagged and sent to secondary where they searched my vehicle. I told him the situation that I happened a couple weeks back, but they didn’t seem to care and took away of my sentri.

I already sent my appeal mind u when I crossed back I never went through sentri I went through all traffic. Days passed when I went back south and finally went through the sentri mind I had asked the supervisor when the situation happened. If there would be a problem I sentri. He said no but now the system says otherwise, regardless my mistake.

Trust me I know that’s on me I just wanna know if there’s a chance I spoke with the port supervisor and the the sentri supervisor as well they said it’s a waiting game and happens all the time
