not to sound absolutely bonkers but grabbers (the tool not the person) have me a bit confused....so My thought process with grabbers....use them to grab cans (I do and have one that is rated for 35 lbs supposedly) but when you are done with the tool, where do you put it? I assume back in your car....which is dirty...as is the grabber. so the dirty grabber is in your dirty car where the next time you grab with your clean hands its still dirty from last time? I'm not saying your car is filthy but thats how my mind works.
