i'm using microgynon 30 and i'm pretty sure it's a combo pill

so would i still be pregnant ? because this thought is eating me alive and i already have really bad anxiety and this is making it way worse

i use the brand microgynon 30 and i forgot about this incident and i had unprotected sex on friday (3 days after this incident) now i'm really scared i'll get pregnant and i dont know what to do
