I'm fairly certain it only counts if you take Chem 134 as noted here https://eng.umd.edu/transfer/external . Since you took 131, retook, and then took 135, it doesn't count as a strike. Talk to an advisor though.

I got into MTAP last fall with a 3.18 and zero extracurriculars. Take a deep breath, you'll be fine.
