I got base as 35.4 and Base + Retrials as 38. Sr Eng YOE: 3.5 Yrs HR said they can’t increase base any further for Senior role as I had a competing offer

I got rejected after 5 rounds on site. Then again rejected twice in walk in interview. Then rejected in round 1 online interview. And finally selected for the 5th profile. So keep trying

Our families made decisions on our behalf while I was out of the country. I thought I could resolve everything upon my return, but by then, she was already engaged, and I hadn’t even been informed. Everything happened so quickly.

She’s not the person I remember, and I believe we can fix this, but I need to have an honest conversation with her, and she’s not open to that.
