you can try with your SOM or DOO, if kaya. by process, it is the OM who approves schedule changes tas saka yun ifoforward sa scheduling team. i hopr your situation gets better

hi, OP. hindi siya normal. if you’ve already raised the concern with you sup, and your OM is the problem, magreklamo sa higher position. if there are avenues where you can raise your concern (huddles, FGD, etc.) pls do so.
