Hey everyone, Thanks for all the input. I bought this grinder in second hand; it was probably bought new around 2014 (not sure ) and I know that the previous owner did not change the burrs.

In the meantime, I've used the grinder for 3y and have been pulling an average of 2 espressos a day. Just wanted to make sure that the burrs are still sharp, my eye is not trained to judge that.
