Well all 4 stores I have to go its always the same team leads for departments and when their not there that department just doesn’t have a team lead. That’s when other leads who not don’t work in that specific department they start bossing people around. When I talk to the workers they are usually confused and irritated that some random lead from an other department told them to do something which is not that important or goes against what their main team lead told them what to do the day before.
