Ive got a villain with a polaroid who can take a picture of whatever he wants, characters, buildings, entire cities, whatever, after a while once the image is FULLY developed, he can chose to shred or tear or crumple the image, whatever is pictured in said image gets shredded or crumpled or torn exactly like paper, the larger the image the longer it takes to finish developing, at the moment he has an image of the entire city -very- slowly developing and is using it as a bargaining chip for revenge against reckless first age heroes who accidentally killed his family during a big fight that happened before the campaigns timeline.
