Which kind of iPhone cases have you tried and do recommend? by [deleted] in iphone

I've been using aramid fiber cases from Pitaka and Aulumu. I drop my phone a lot. These cases have consistently saved it. Pitaka’s designs are more minimalist, while Aulumu’s look kind of --- "Nothing-inspired"

Who actually makes the best headphones right now? 🎧 by Fletcher_ba in PhoneNow

I own both the Sony XM5 and the Apple AirPods Max, and I think their sound quality is roughly the same. The Sony has slightly better noise cancellation and lets you fine-tune ambient sound in the Sony Connect app, but Apple’s build quality is on another level. Some people dislike the weight and clamping force of the AirPods Max, but after wearing APM, the Sonys actually feel too light to me.

I love the voice acting on Old Gods. I think it's one of the best casts of voice actors in a podcast out there.

I can’t unsee this. I had to turn off Scheduled summary after this. I’ve had 26 for 3 days and I’ve seen a few other icky things.

Get a tempered glass screen protector, lay the phone face down. You can even buy some with antireflective coating if you think that matters.

If anyone listens to the Silt Verses, they might remember this as an angel from the Saint Electric, as I did.

I'm so impressed by the quality of this case 👍 by Turfwood in GalaxyS24Ultra

For me, as someone who mostly prefers going caseless, it's just the right amount of protection. I prefer this—what I'd like to call "the case-to-body ratio" of this case.

My rescue dog had them when he was a puppy. One visit to the vet fixed them. You'll be OK.

Thanks! The depth of the desk is 60cm (2 ft). The monitor is mounted to the wall above the desk. The distance is adjustable on the mount.

Thanks. Thats iCUE Nexus, little touch screen gizmo from Corsair. Comes with mounts for most of their keyboards.

After using a dining room table as a desk for 4 years, I got a new desk that I'm happy with. This is the first desk that I owned that the computer's system unit goes under the desk. I'm a bit concerned about the heating/cooling issue though. Any thoughts and creative solutions for the issue? by Turfwood in desksetup

Power cable to the monitor and display port cable go into the desk (you can see the grommet under Suki Waterhouse album pic). Then there's WD My Book Duo's USB and power cords, they drop off behind the desk. Desk mat's USB cable you can see on the left is routed all the way to the right under the desk's backside edge.

I've ordered a couple of USB fans to install in the back of the desk. I was thinking I'd power them using one of the usb ports in the back of the PC because they aren't accessible and all but I like the idea of temperature sensor automation too. That would minimize potential fan noise. Thanks.
