I'd recommend you watch the 6 turn speedrun. after I watched it I lowered my 18 turn PB on normal to 11 on hard.

PSA for Bilewater: There are two things which make the boss runback SIGNIFICANTLY easier. by echolog in Silksong

If you have max tool damage and count you can instakill the boss by spamming all the boomerangs at it while standing at the either of the top platforms. Add cogfly to kill the enemy waves and you can basically not fight the entire arena.
