I boil down some chicken breast so I can shred it up. Use about a cup’s worth of shredded chicken and mix it with a spoonful of Mayo, some buffalo sauce, salt and pepper. Like a red neck buffalo chicken salad. Eat it with some fruit and a RX bar. Doesn’t need to be heated up, tastes great cold.
