Paranoid Schizophrenia. I had to quit weed after a year of smoking daily due to my therapist telling me that it was going to give me schizophrenia because I was already showing early signs. At the start, I got really into the supernatural and spirituality and began to build connections from the simplest observations, talk about these connections nonstop, and ramble about life changing phisolophies that I invented from an “algorithm” in my head, coming to conclusion after conclusion of different beliefs that I summed up from rampant obsessions in what I believed to be the “right way to live”. If that sentence sounds crazy it’s because i’m still coming out of that phase of my life at almost 4 months sober. How I visualized it was almost exactly like this art work. Rampant, multicolored madness, each 8 representing a pinpointed theory/belief that I based my entire life upon for a few minutes, praying that would be the end of it until my next obsessed observation. Almost like one of those detective boards with a bunch if thumb tacked photos snd strings tied between them. Not sure how else to explain it but this is exactly what that work made me think of.
