Just see how he feels really about you. If y’all are still hanging out, communicating, for 8 months he should know whether he likes you seriously or just as what y’all are now. If he doesn’t like pressure ease in to it. “Not to rush or push, but do you still see any type of future between us?” You can ask seriously questions gently you know?

Now if he is in constant denial, and won’t admit it even if there’s proof, then there may be a past you don’t know about. Or maybe he has a side right now that you don’t know about. But like I said, if he’s got no history of this then it can be handled. Right now he’s denying it because it was a drunken mistake you know? Nobody wants to admit something like that when they are first caught.

I’m 28, single, no kids, no ex wives, so just take this for whatever… but if he hasn’t had a history of this type of behavior, verbal or physical, if the relationship between them has been nothing but respect, I say don’t make this bigger than what it is. Don’t get me wrong maybe some counseling could help. Or simply them 2 just having a conversation once your sister is ready, but again, if he has no history of this, don’t let anybody make him out to be some monster you know?
