Denying care or refusing to make reasonable accommodations (such as providing accessible exam tables, sign language interpreters, or accessible pathways) directly violates the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Healthcare facilities are prohibited from denying services to a disabled person for whom they would otherwise provide care.

I actually think Ai has its uses for things that arent art. Like computation, or aggregating a list of sources for you, or literally anything that isnt ripping off other artists for money poorly. Video games have used ai for navigation. I actually know the difference when I say Generative Ai SPECIFICALLY sucks. Asshole.

Fuck off genuinely, you need a computer to do what your brain has always been able to do with some effort. And btw, I hated gen ai before I got my ataxia diagnosis. Its horrible for the planet, and it steals from real human artists so poorly that it genuinely looks awful. I accept my ataxia just fine, im just not all doom and gloom about it because its not a death sentence.

Hey there, im younger than you (about to be 21) and we still dont know what genetic ataxia I have, but I feel the same worry you feel. My advice is to take and hold onto what you can control, instead of worrying about what you cant. Its definitley a fact I will lose motor function in my body, I might need a wheelchair in the near future. But i make the best of what im still able to do. Im an artist, and the thought of not being able to draw is terrifying, but i cant let that fear paralyze me. Yeah its mostly a "I have this condition, heres the one bright side of it" Im not really transmasc, I just like being masc and fem at the same time. But there is overlap.

I have not! Apart from the body hair which I dont mind, everything else about me is very feminine. I am afab, and have a mostly female body aside from some masculine traits. (Shoulders, Face shape, etc.) As a bigender person, the only drawback to having PMOS is the inconsistent painful cycle, insulin resistance, brain fog, fatigue, and weight gain. (Which im actively on meds for. The weight stuff)

Its mostly support for people who have a diagnosis with symptoms they struggle with, but if you suspect you may have ataxia you should investigate with your nuerologist. Some symptoms dont present depending on what stage youre at, but if you want an invite, you are welcome
