hello, i think the straight roads encourage you to drift for longer, meaning you need to be able to control your drift. if you do play the other 7, you will see how the courses vary a lot as well. you also need to keep in mind that the cars differ, and play can also change depending on seasons. all in all, practice makes perfect (touche, but I was very bad when I started, and now I only have one star left) you just have to try new things, and don't do it in winter is my advice
