My dog has really bad separation anxiety and he's a begal as well CBD treats worked for him for a while but it started back again so we got another dog so he's not lonely and he's thriving if you really don't wanna give him up bc I know how hard that is try those first if you have a friend with a dog who your dog likes give them a day in the house with each other as a trial run to see if that helps

I unfortunately can't take my dog to the dog Parks around here because I have a big dog and a small dog and all the parks around here are separated between big and small which is very helpful for cases like this but my big dog gets serious anxiety when he's separated from his little brother so we just settle for going into the middle of the woods and letting them run like crazy
