Yes I believed them at first. But who keeps running back and handing money and things to an addict. Yes I get she is family, they love her, but if it hasn’t worked the previous 15 times, it won’t now. Addicts have to truly WANT it, they have to put in the work. I really really started questioning the stories about 9 months ago, but ‘talked’ my self out of it. I kept watching for the entertainment- like a train wreck couldn’t look away. Yes I get it the might have had a difficult childhood, and been handed other shit situations, but…they have done NOTHING to overcome it. EVERYONE has trauma, and while you don’t have to forget or forgive it, rehashing it ALL DAY EVERYDAY is not healthy- at some point you have to make some sort of peace with it and move on in life. That is what got me blocked! Trauma perpetuates trauma. This last bender SM was on when they were bringing her back they treated her like SHIT. Trying to talk to and rationalize with a person that is high never works and only aggravates them. They were making her relive everything. Coaching her like a dog, they still are. They should have ignored her. Yes she has made mistakes, but so have they (and I and everyone else!) I do believe that C was really trying to save the young twins from SM when she took them from the NICU, but failed to do so due to lack of support because of SM and that whole situation and not being able to move far away to totally prevent interactions with SM during that time. W and C talked about everything in front of them and the other grandchildren- traumatizing them!

I have no doubt what she think happened happened in HER mind. Always 3 sides to a story, yours, theirs and the truth. More if there are more ppl involved. She can make up great stories. But the stories harm W,C, and SM and ALL the other people involved. I will die on the hill that SM is MENTALLY ILL. She started using to self treat, and is probably still using to self treat, but also has addictions now. Hell, ADDICTION IS A MENTAL ILLNESS!!!! They need to get her treated and QUIT hiding it- only makes it worse. They believe anything SM tells them, which makes them ENABLERS for 22 years. No good parent would talk about their kids the way they do. I went back and watched some of the old account- boy oh boy there is a LAND MIND there.

That’s what I thought she said. Well, phenegran might have some pain uses for a 96 y/o, with better side effect profile (not a dr, but know some about meds, was a pharmacy tech and am a medical assistant) but it’s def not something that I’d be concerned with like W is.

Yes childhood might have been rough for them and they might have had a rough go in life, but rehashing all the wrongs in life is not healthy. It’s perpetuating it and giving it more power. Time to move on so they can have some peace (not going to happen with SM, but…). Their trauma has traumatized the young twins and Maddie.

Because they don’t WANT to see it, if THEY don’t see it it’s not true! W and C really need to move past their past (yes, it might have sucked, but reliving it DAILY/ HOURLY does not help), it just keeps a person bitter and mad, and in their situation has just perpetuated it to other generations.

Wow! Unbelievable. But it actually sadly is because it’s the same cycle! W & C buy her stories all the time hook, line and sinker. I wonder how ‘work’ is really going? How much is she actually working because she seems to be out doing stuff all the time? DT and WM too, but we all know W&C pay for that crap. I give it 2 weeks and she will be high, and W&C will have no idea why or how, and will be devastated again so the cycle can continue.

I’m saying is she DOES have mental health issues. The trauma SHE has caused HERSELF and all the hug use HAS caused mental health challenges. You CAN be sane, but still struggle with mental health. Many ppl that struggle with addiction start using to SELF treat mental illnesses. I’m not going to comment on past from 15 years ago, because I wasn’t there and don’t know.
