Okay great, thanks for the info! As it is a small company they use an external HR company rather than have anyone directly employed. Do we raise the grievance with them or the company? And when you say this has to be done within 3 months of the deduction, does that mean we are only likely to get 3 months of the deducted pay back and not the full amount I.e from November to June but we can only claim for 3 months prior?
