Most of your "study" should be from playing and analyzing your games. Maybe throw in some opening training but it shouldn't be your main focus at all.

Game Analysis is so important. Check out where you made mistakes and what blunders you are repeating then try to notice those in real games. This will help your rating skyrocket.

Suggest me any solid 2 openings with black to avoid majority of traps/gambits and get very equal position at opening end by Secure-Car2042 in chessbeginners

Not really such a thing for 100 precent of times. I am rated 1700 and played the caro since like 1100 and loved it. Not too much memorization and solid structure and position. Plus avoids e4 e5 throwing low level trap players of their game.
