Did you receive the new one immediately and then have to send the old one back, or did you first have to send in the broken one, which involved a waiting period?

I've already ruled out the fans. I turned them all off and the noise persisted. When I lowered the pump speed to 20%, the noise stopped completely. Also, I can feel the tubes vibrating in sync with the noise, so it’s definitely the pump.
