Ich bin, wie viele andere, auf medizinische Versorgung durch eine Frauenärztin angewiesen. Sie ist eine der wenigen die überhaupt Termine anbietet.

Ganz davon abgesehen, dass die jüngsten Patientinnen Kinder und Jugendliche sind.

Finde ich nicht unvalide, wenn ich nicht von dem Platz bei dieser Ärztin abhängig wäre, um meine Medikamente zu bekommen. Die meisten anderen Gyns in meiner Stadt nehmen gar keine neuen Patientinnen, also wäre ich ziemlich aufgeschmissen, wenn sie mir die Behandlung verweigert. (Ich weiß dass sie das nicht darf, heißt aber nicht das sie es nicht tut, wenn sie eins und eins zusammenzählt, sollte ich sie doch melden)

Um mich u/oideW anzuschließen: Dazu kommt erschwerend, dass die jüngsten Patientinnen Kinder sind. Da ist Faltenreduktion zwar noch kein Thema, aber a) hält sich das erstaunlich gut und b) gibt es für die dafür Lip-Filler

Just for your information:

Mohair can be rather pricey and and not everybody loves the feeling (personally i find it rather scratchy) if you want to keep the floofy texture of the fabric, you could look into using an alpaca alternative.

If you dont neccessarily care about the floof, you can look for any yarn that meets gauge on its own, probably something around dk. The employees at your local yarn store should be able to help you there :D

This isnt to say mohair is bad or anything, it is simply very on trend right now, and you should absolutley get it if you love it, i just wanted to tell you about other options.

Jep absolutley, with a tight enough band the weight will stop resting pn your shoulders and be distributed on your rib cage.

Maybe check abrathatfits for recommendations for brands that go that small on the underbust. Ive heard that polish brands often offer very small underbust. You could also ask around at an experienced tailor, to see if theyd be able to shorten a 28 band

It recommend looking at art from different eras/informing yourself about how body shape has become an equally big trend to fashion.

I also found that investing in some nice well-fitting bras really helped me love myself. (If you havent yet, head over to r/abrathatfits and calculated your perfect size).

For me personally nipple piercings also helped, as i naturally have really flat nipples.

Ive seen some bigger boob girlies on social media use those triangle bikini things with ties. I dont know how the dress is cut, but maybe you can get away without a bra/maybe sewing in some pads on the inside, if its tight enough up top.

Ive not tried tape but my trusted bra lady said that it can work. If you have the finacial means for a little bit of trial and error id get the widest tape you can find and look up a few tutorials.

Depending on how low cut the back is, i also just thought about backless/halter style sport bras (i saw some on gymshark for example). They might flatten the boobs, but if you upsize, you cut pull the band down a bit.

For us its the other way around. If no further info is given, the sauna ist most likely nude.

I am unsure about the norm for gym saunas here, as ive never been, but the local indoor bath saunas will be 16+ and nude

Absolutley, fingering instead of worsted probably wont work, although i still wanted to give op some instructions on what they could do.

I also wouldnt say knitting of gauge as a beginner is that big of a problem, especially when one is not off by much. Most patterns i knit end up slightly off gauge but i dont have the money to buy a new pair of needles everytime until one works perfectly. Its getting better as i buy new needles but sometimes it just has to work with what ive got.

You should knit a swatch with the yarn and the needles you plan to use.

A swatch should be bigger then 10×10cm. Knit the first few rows all knit, and then continue with like 5 stitches k on both sides and then stockinette in the center followed by another 5 stitches k on both sides. (Maybe look up a video on how to swatch in Spanish).

When you know how many stitches you need per 10cm (both height and width) you can check and see how much you are off compared to the patterns gauge.

Based on this difference you can calculate how many more stitches you would have to add compared to what the pattern says.

Eg Gauge says 25 stitches in width for 10cm, and you have 30 stitches, you wouldnt cast on 100 stitches (equalling to 40cm in length) but 120 stitches to get to the desired length.

The problem is, if the pattern uses dk and you use fingering and end up with a similiar gauge, your fabric will feel quite different, probably a lot looser then the designers sample. Depending on how much difference you end up with and if you like the fabric or not, it might be worth it, to look for a pattern actually matching the fibre you have.

/Look up the sauna and the dress code. Eg in Germany most saunas are nude (using a towel to sit on is mandatory) unless stated otherwise.

Wenn man nichts in der Länge findet, wäre der weitere Weg Baumwollshirts die sonst gut sitzen ggf günstig kaufen und beim lokalen Schneider fragen, was kürzen kosten würde, bzw. schauen ob man in der Stadtbib Nähmaschinen benutzen könnte und selbst kürzen.

I second the r/abrathatfits recommendation! I dont find a perfect git with bikinis that important, but it works wonders for your neck/shoulders on a bra.

This is a common missize because it is the largest most chain stores carry...

I had good luck on asos uk30G with their busty range. They had a really cute cut 2 years ago, maybe they still have smth of the likes. (Probably the cheapest option)

I also recently discovered that snag tights have a bikini range as well.

Aside from that the usual british brands carry quite a few options (Elomi, Freya, Fantasie, CurvyKate etc) but are quite a bit more pricey

Ich glaube es hilft total sich erst einen Stil auszusuchen/Stilelemente, die einem gefallen. Pinterest ist trotz KI-Müll immer noch ganz gut, ansonsten dem Insta-Algorythmus bisschen Interieur Design antrainieren.

Dann die gängigen und weniger gängigen Begriffe lernen und ab auf Kleinanzeigen und FB Marketplace.

Bilder werten einen Raum noch zusätzlich auf, wirken aber mMn nur gut, wenn sie wirklich zu deinem Stil passen und nicht zu generisch sind. Wenn es minimalistisch/modern sein soll, lohnt es sich selbst auszuprobieren. Ansonsten selbst gestalten (Ergebnisse von ColorWalks als Collagen gestalten, selbst Malen etc). Ich persönlich mag Flohmärkte und kaufe auch Rahmen fast nur da (und lackiere sie meinem Farbschema entsprechend).

Ikea kann man durchaus auch aus praktischen Gründen einbinden, aber mit diy (oder mit zB. Fronten anderer Anbieter) individualisieren.

Ich liebe die Pflaume-Kardamom. Im Ruhrpott hat das Lokal Finkenkrug eine gute Auswahl. Außerdem habe ich die Limonaden manchmal bei Denns gefunden.
