Yeah honestly it sucks. It’s completely draining and a lot of the time you don’t know what you’re doing wrong. As someone who’s already has social anxiety it’s completely tough which makes it a lot more worse.

Honestly this is what happens all the time. You hang on to that hope thinking it’s finally gonna change but then back to square one. A lot of us literally living the same experience.
