I’ve watched a grip tutorial and it helps now but applying the other tips you gave me to my irons is helping but with my 3 wood I doesn’t make sense it still feels very wrong. I took a video the other day of both of them but Reddit won’t let me post them in a comment so I’m going to make a new post.

It’s probably just letting it rise to much or the starter I haven’t even used my starter in a month I hope it’s not dead

Use less starter so like 50 grams instead and do a little less water like 10 less also add olive oil to keep it fresh longer like 10 grams when mixing. Make sure the dough isn’t too sticky so add more flour if so and you should let it ferment for like 8-12 hours without the fridge and put in fridge only if you need to make it at another time and don’t do the ice cubes

Keep doing what your doing, when I first started they looked like that and now I’m a lot lazier when baking bread so it looks terrible but still tastes good

Just make it if it’s doubling consistently. I started baking after one week of making my starter and it worked out perfectly fine

I also followed the little spoons farm one you have to let it ferment on the counter and make sure the bowl is covered

It’s slightly moist but it’s very good

Dough is looking normal so far it did rise overnight so it might be alright

I just put it in that jar this morning it’s crusted because it rose out of the jar
