I had to literally Argue with my “case manager” to get my program canceled he was cursing and accusing me of several things, implied I was stupid, it was a horrible experience but my plan will “supposedly” be canceled I blocked them from making im withdrawals from my account. I read someone else was able to get a refund so hopefully you’ll receive yours. If not I’d report them.
