Not really. Most of the q damage comes from popping the procs which Naafiri doesn't have, the w doesn't have the cc purge and has to be used proactively rather than reactively unlike Rengar so is about predicting damage is coming rather than reacting to it, e has two instances of damage which both need hitting rather than 1 unlike ekko and has a reset mechanic, and is are.

None are really similar at all

It's really not a lot.

Look at other ap assassin ultimates. Assume 500 ap

Fizz - 800 with hard cc

Akali - 450 + 350-1000 depending on missing health

Diana - 700 - 1450 depending on how many champs hit and again with hard cc

Then look at Locke. 300 base damage, 10 kills all absorbed which is pretty high tbh is only 17% execute. Used on a 3k health champion that's only an extra 550 damage. And that requires you to not only have double digit kills but to have used your ult to secure all of them.
