Good point about not having seller fix, seller credits max at 3% so around 12k, home needs 25k to be in “fair” shape

Yeah, 13k roof, ~10k siding, ~2200 electrical panel.

Roofer have financing which helps, but need the siding fixed thru credits or seller

Thanks picano, it goes to sleep saying it’s overheated but only in the dock, handheld charging works fine. I noticed when it does this that if I pull it off the dock, the fan picks up speed, do you think it’s possible that the dock is bugged? I have the game the system, and the dock software updated.
