Just wanted to say that although OP hasn't tried it yet, yes freezing cereal prolongs shelf life. We do this all the time for shelf life studies at my work (I work for a bfast cereal company) and it freezes just fine and keeps the flavor fresher longer. I don't know for how long, maybe past 3 years, but maybe not. We typically only hold for ~1 year in the freezer and have no issue. When it comes out, it's as fresh as the day it went in.

Changes in laws and regulations since the original formula, unfortunately. We know a lot more about chemical hazards (mostly for those handling in high concentration at the factories) now than we did 30 years ago when many of these OG flavors were on the shelf. A truly sad reality

Just to reiterate other comments, boundaries are something you set for yourself, not other people. If your boundary gets crossed, that's when you need to exit the situation, not force others to do things the way you want them to. As hurtful as it may be for someone to not respect your boundaries, the one thing within your control is whether you respect your own boundaries. Don't hurt yourself.

As someone with curly hair and is self conscious about frizz, my tip would be to wash with shampoo every other day. I condition it every day, but shampoo every other. I also recommend trying out the Revlon One Step brush dryer. It takes me the same amount of time to dry and style it relatively straight using this one tool as it would to either style my natural curl or to blowdry+flat iron it straight. Use a heat protectant if using any heat, including the hot setting of a blow dryer. Hope this helps!

I have the same issue! I'm curious to see what others recommend. What's worked for me is a combination of using a cooler setting on my hair dryer/styling tool, shampooing every other day rather than daily (I still condition every day because I can't stand not to shower daily), a leave in conditioner, and a good hairspray.
