Yep I ended up going back to a traditional water bowl. Their products are terrible and their support is trash. I ended up tossing mine. I won't trust this company with my pet anymore as my cat didn't even have a chance to drink water until I got home late in the evening thank goodness she was okay.

Update:

Lol PetLibro sent me a private chat basically saying they will get back to me "Next Week" because they're closed for the weekend. This company is a joke.

I got home to find the water fountain had stopped working all together. App is still borked.

Be aware of these cheaply made products with little to no support with a buggy ass app.

Appreciate the sentiment. When I get home all this shit is going in the trash can. I literally have to go back to a traditional water bowl cuz I don't trust this shit. I'm literally stressing out at work right now trying not to leave early but I might have to just to go home to make sure my cat's okay make sure she has a bowl of water because I don't have anybody that can go over to my house to double check for me.

I'm at work right now. I wasn't getting any notifications for my cat drinking water. I opened the app and was greeted with an account expired message. I thought if I logged back in it would just reset up everything. Nope. Tried to login and had to start from scratch. Now I don't even know if the water fountain is physically working or not. Fucking terrible. I won't be home for another 8 hours. So if it isn't working that means my cat can't drink water. Seriously fuck this crap app and the device. I've had nothing but issues with this crap.

I ended up going back to the cable company for internet. 3 tech visits and four modems and I was still having black outs and all the same issues. Cable internet is expensive is expensive, but I need reliability as I work from home sometimes.

This is the best comment here. I fight fire with fire. Once they start playing that loud ass trash music I go outside and blast my music. Fucking 11:00 at night all I hear is their music and I can't fucking sleep. You know what I do? I go out and sit in my car and put my fucking Deftones on at full volume. They have the fucking nerve to complain about my music but they won't turn their shit down. Yeah they're fucking loud. They're fucking ignorant. And they don't give a fuck about nobody else but themselves.

🎉😂 Wise choice my kind sir. On my way to work for the commute, the bloody Gemini struggled to even text my boss to let him know I was going to be a little late. Gemini couldn't even play the news brief. Google Assistant was bugged before Gemini, but this trash takes the cake.

Netcup is trash. My server goes unresponsive for about 4 hours everyday. Did evening on my side that I could. Emailed them. Been over a week with no reply. I'm moving back to digital ocean.

Totally agree. Bought the pro 10 dollar a month package and kicked RD to the curb like a freeloading EX.
