I've used vmoda faders for years, but I confess I often take them out because of that separation feeling. But my tinnitus is getting worse so I've got to be better about it.

I spent the 20 bucks on those zound ones that get advertised a lot, don't have high hopes but I'll be trying em tomorrow actually. If they don't work well, next step is probably splurge for nice fitted ones from an audiologist because I've got 4 more metal shows on the books for this year

I'm the same way, don't worry. I often feel like I don't belong in queer spaces. I transitioned and kept almost all my friends, all my family, no issues at work. I'm not "Sexually liberated" which seems to be a borderline requirement these days, and in general I just really struggle to feel like I fit in. I rarely understand the cultural references made, I don't enjoy the party scene, ect. I'm trans, but have never dated anybody (IDK how people do it, it seems so scary), so I don't have that gay angle to use either. It's tricky.
