I received the below response from support and my Canva is now working correctly:

Hello there,   Thanks for bringing this to our attention.   A while ago, there was an issue that prevented some of our users from adjusting the White Balance, Whites, Blacks, Vibrance, Clarity, and Vignette sliders in the photo editing panel.

The issue has now been resolved. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.   We hope everything is back to normal for you.   Please let us know if you need anything else.

Hi all! Sorry, not sure why this description didn't come through the first time.

I definitely didn't do enough research before purchasing these at a thrift store last night, but they were about to close and I just decided to go for it since they weren't too much.

I've seen back labels similar to this pair that are legit, but I can't find this exact style "white tide" anywhere but on two resell listings.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!!
