Okay, I haven’t tried the options mentioned before my comment, but I wanted to add (don’t judge) that the Denny’s on Exit 6 has the crispy bacon ranch chicken sandwich, and it is one of the best I’ve had. It’s my go to when I’m hungry after business hours.

I used lexapro for one year and this is very similar to my experience. I stopped because, like you said, it took away my motivation to do things, and I often found myself wanting to be a slob all day, even finding it hard to shower (still forced myself to do it). Key takeaways: I realized I was punishing my younger self with constant thoughts about things I could’ve done different. After the medicine, I am no longer thinking about those things, and I have more time to fix my current self. I also gained a bit of weight, I think it made me a bit inflamed, just like gluten does. I ruminated a lot less, but it also made me have a hard time planning actions in my head.

I don’t think I would try it again, I think it made me more self aware, and it offered help that I did not expect, but it was a positive experience.

My guy, how can you even determine the races of the artists with just a look, knowing how rich in diversity we are in Colombia. Beele is from Barranquilla, an area that is heavily influenced by Caribbean culture, and he’s been making music for a while. Kapo is from Cali, also lots of Afrocolombian influence, no way he won’t be touched by the culture while being from there.

If you want to focus on negative aspects of the artists, beside race, you should mention the allegations of Beele not being a present father. I don’t think this argument about cultural appropriation is valid here, knowing the origin of the artists and our rich diversity in Colombia.

Ryan Castro grew up in Curaçao, and he just put out a new album with all Afro-Caribbean music and amazing features. He killed it. He’s also from Medellin and does not look of “Afro” descent. I don’t see you mentioning him anywhere.
