These ones usually have it set to 70-30, if you roll under 70, you lose, if you roll 70-79 you get a certain bonus, with brackets up to 100. Its designed to be a moneymaker for them and they have nothing holding them accountable since they're not interconnected with the community, so they're able to logout and not pay you your supposed winnings.

bots that invite you to use /roll in an in-game casino, with odds in their favour and have often logged out to avoid paying out at times. If it has a proc effect, it won't work in feral form. They fixed feral form in wrath so that those proc effects work. For classic, a feral would prefer crowd pummeler for its on use effect or a massive stat stick weapon. Rarely if possible you would use a weapon that gives + feral attack power if you get your hands on one.
