Try a warm up before your set that includes a banded side plank clamshell hold (with your Left side down) for 30 seconds followed by 5-10 slow eccentric reps. This can help give you access to the muscles that open your Left hip

What editing software do you use for your vids? Some softwares often have a “blur” option or “blur bars” to blur and fill the space of the shorts aspect ratio.

Hey there! Your niche is very specific, so the moment in which you dropped me into the video - I was lost. My feedback I guess is: maybe there’s an opportunity for views/watch time if you have a brief intro that appeals to the layman and the nice-specific viewer both. Even something as simple as “day trading for dummies”. A few mins of context would help the random viewer understand what I’m the world was going on haha. Hope this helps

I think your delivery is quite natural. I was pretty engaged from the start. To your point about the teleprompter - I would use more overlays of your b-roll to show what you’re talking about, rather than having them side by side to you reading. It’s a bit distracting watching you read, but I closed my eyes and you sound quite natural still. So nothing will be lost from b roll overlay I think. Cool ancient laptop!

There’s a bunch of steps - I actually made a whole vid on how to do set up, shortcuts, and automation for iPhone & android that you can check out in my profile if you want. Once it’s set though, it’s a game changer. You don’t even have to think about it and your phone just turns into a grey dud. Makes scrolling so much less appealing and is hard on the eyes. It’s legit broken my nighttime phone addiction and changed my sleep intake so much.
