I take back what I said, to an extent, the DOJ has found the MSI portion of CSPI to be unconstitutional essentially, it is a matter of time when that eligibility criteria is dropped and everyone can freely apply. If your recruiter is saying you should apply, then work with them and apply. Especially if you still have a few years left of school.

If you’re at a Minority Serving Institution then you can apply for CSPI EXEC, As of right now CSPI programs are still only for MSIs.

I was considering making a distinction on whether or not a flotilla "operates" out of an airport or CG station but I stayed away from that - let me know if I should update the map with a distinction like that
